Different Skin Scrubbers come with different power intensities. The following are 3 videos featuring the tabletop Skin Spatula Pro, which has 6 PZT ceramic crystals, the Ezzi-Peel Cordless Scrubber (4 PZT ceramic crystals), and the corded portable UltraWave Scrubber (4 PZT ceramic crystals).

Since the Skin Spatula has 6 crystals, it has a higher power intensity level which can be seen by the more pronounced misting produced at the blade tips during exfoliation mode. The Ezzi-Peel and UltraWave also produce misting but at a slightly lesser extent. This just means that treatment time must be increased a bit to make up for the lower power intensity output.

If you have a chance to test various scrubbers at tradeshows, you might find some scrubbers that produce no or hardly any misting at all. These devices usually have only 2 PZT ceramic crystals and will produce minimal results. Don't be fooled by companies who say their skin scrubbers have a very high frequency; frequency does not matter if the device itself is not up to par in material standards and build.
