Ultrasound waves help stimulate collagen and elastin which diminishes the appearance of wrinkles and fine
lines. Skin Spatula is easy to use and can be incorporated with
just about any facial treatment. Deep pore cleanings help reduce pore sizes and treatments result in a refreshed,
cleaned, and rejuvenated look.
During treatments, some may hear
a high-pitch sound. This is because some people have sensitive
hearing and are able to hear higher frequencies than others. The sound occurs because the stainless steel blade is oscillating
at such a high frequency. Another source for the sound occurs when the blade is in contact with the skin. During
product penetration, the flat end of the blade is glided along the skin. There is a greater surface area of the blade
against the skin and the ultrasound waves experience resistance between the blade and the skin.
Some solutions to diminish
the sound for those with sensitive hearing are: earplugs, adjusting the angle the handpiece is held, reducing the amount of
pressure of the blade on the skin, or use an ultrasound probe for the permeation part of the treatment.

Skin Spatula is an amazing device to add to any treatment room. It provides results

Our HS-3003 Skin Spatula comes with one
handpiece (medium-sized blade). Hold the handpiece at a 45° angle to the skin with the blade tip pointed down for
exfoliations. For product permeations, flip the blade so that the front flat end of the blade touches the skin.
You do not need to apply pressure or force on the blade during treatments. Simply glide the blade along the skin and
let the ultrasound waves do the work for you. You will see vapor "flying out" from the blade, this is the
ultrasound waves emulsifying the water and other debris that is on the skin. The skin must be wet at all times.
Ultrasound waves do not travel unless there is a medium of some sort (water, ultrasound gel, lotions, serums, etc).
We
also have a Skin Spatula with two handpieces (one medium-sized blade and one small-sized blade): HS-3003D. This device
looks exactly like the Skin Spatula but has a connection slot for two handpieces. This device is more for professional
estheticians. Most users find having one handpiece is suitable for treatment needs.
